Monday Classes: Math & Science

Wednesday Classes: Enrichment - It is anticipated students will attend their Monday & Tuesday time period.  

Our upper Elementary students will meet

Monday & Tuesday: 8:00-10:00am

Wednesday: Enrichment Day, Optional 

Our Middle school students will meet

Monday & Tuesday: 11:00am - 1:00 pm

Wednesday: Enrichment Day, Optional

Our High School Students will meet 

Monday & Wednesday: 2:00pm-4:00pm

Wednesday: Enrichment Day Optional

Grades 3-8

• Math: We will focus on skills building in basic math concepts.  
• Language Arts: We will focus on skills building in basic grammar & writing concepts.  
• Science: Astronomy will be studied 
• History & Geography: The focus for this year will be US History & Geography
• Literature - students will be assigned a minimum of 4 novels to read throughout the school year.

High School: Grades 9-12

• Math In-person learning: Consumer Math & Entrepreneurship.  
• Math - At Home: Denison Algebra offers Pre-algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2 and Advance Algebra.  Students will work on this and bring it to class with them for grading, report cards, transcripts, and accountability.
• Language Arts: We will focus on building and developing writing skills by working through a variety of essays and business communications.
• Science: TBD (prospective will either be physics or chemistry)
• History & Geography: US History & Geography
• Literature: students will be assigned 4-6 novels throughout the school year.  We focus on comprehension, analysis, discussions and language development.

The following are proposed Electives and not yet confirmed

• Meet the Masters Art program
• Physical Education - We are negotiating with a Karate center to offer a physical education program for students attending the 26/27 school year.  
• Fairy Tales on Trial

Fees

• Tuition $5,000 per student - this is the tentative fee and will be determined by the costs of the final program.
• Due on or before July 31, 2026, to secure your student's spot
• Refund policy: Once paid there are no refunds available
• Payment Options: Self Pay in Full, Self Pay Monthly Payments, AL Choose Act Scholarship

What's included 

• Online LMS
• Full school year (36 weeks) of pre-planned academics
• 24 weeks of on-site, in-person group learning at our learning center
• Small Group Learning - we strive to limit class sizes to 10 per level.
• Mixed-age group learning (per level: example - grades 3-5, 6-8, 9-12)
• Optional Wednesday Enrichment Day. Requires a minimum attendance commitment.

• Home Learning Materials
• Anything not specifically mentioned as "included" above

Attendance:

• We only admit students who can regularly attend our on-site program.  In order to make small group learning work, we must only admit families who can commit to attending.
• Tuition is not dependent on attendance. This means, if there is no in person class, there is no tuition reductions, credits or refunds.

Enrollment Process:

• Pre-registration form must be completed
• Parent/Student Interviews: 1 by phone and 1 in person
• Complete enrollment forms
• Handbook 
• Apply for Student Scholarships via AL Choose Act Funding.  Select "Private School" and "Res Novae Academy"
